spkt4 Terms and Conditions

By registering or using the spkt4 platform in any way, you hereby fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and spkt4 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use spkt4 services.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the spkt4 website accessible at https://spkt4.net and all services related to it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers or uses the spkt4 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user to access spkt4 services.
• "Withdrawable Balance" refers to funds in the account that have met all specified wagering requirements and may be withdrawn by the user.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, cashback or any incentive granted by spkt4 to users under certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the cumulative betting amount that must be reached before any bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions take effect as soon as you complete the spkt4 account registration process. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. spkt4 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Account Registration

To register a spkt4 account, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or valid identity document.
• Register only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts under the same name or using another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate and current personal information during registration, including full name, mobile phone number and an active email address.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list under any responsible gambling programme.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spkt4 platform are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM50 per transaction through any supported payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and spkt4 aims to process withdrawals within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
• spkt4 reserves the right to carry out security checks before approving any withdrawal request. This process may require additional supporting documents.
• Any bonus amount that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is attempted before those requirements are fulfilled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

spkt4 offers various bonus programmes to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following specific conditions:

• The welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• For example: if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your balance will be RM200 and you must reach a cumulative wager of RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Another example: a deposit of RM3,200 will yield a maximum bonus of RM1,500, giving a balance of RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM30,000 (RM1,500 × 20).
• Weekly cashback bonuses are available through the VIP programme at four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%).
• spkt4 reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit any bonus programme will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed through the spkt4 platform are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final once settled by the system. No appeals will be considered on the basis of misunderstanding or personal expectation.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to specific betting limits that may vary by game type. Please check the rules of each game before playing.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, spkt4 reserves the right to settle or void the affected round at our discretion, and that decision is final.
• Bets placed on sports markets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is made. spkt4 is not responsible for any odds changes that occur after a bet is confirmed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Providing false information, impersonating another person or using forged documents.
• Using any automated software, bots or unauthorised third-party tools to gain an advantage in games.
• Committing payment fraud including the use of another person's credit card, e-wallet or bank account without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to deceive the system ("collusion") in poker or live games.
• Conducting money laundering through the spkt4 platform.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes, including reselling credits or winnings to other parties.

8 Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the spkt4 support team via live chat or email. Account closure will only be processed once all active wagering requirements and pending withdrawals have been settled.

spkt4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, instructions from authorities, or other situations deemed necessary by spkt4 management to protect the integrity of the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

spkt4 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical failures, internet service disruptions or hardware issues on the user's end.
• Loss or theft of login information due to the user's own negligence.
• Betting outcomes that are not in the user's favour for reasons outside spkt4's control.
• Any legal ruling or policy by authorities in the user's country of origin relating to online betting activities.

Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and spkt4 makes no guarantee of winnings or return on investment.

10 Privacy and Personal Data

spkt4 collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed on the Privacy Policy page. By accepting these terms, you agree to the collection and processing of such data for the purposes of platform operation, identity verification, payment processing and service improvement.

spkt4 will not sell, rent or share users' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary to process financial transactions.

11 Responsible Gambling

This document constitutes the entire agreement between spkt4 and the user regarding use of the platform. No other oral or written agreement may override the terms stated here.
